JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is of Managerial nature where you are responsible to create and Manage team of Advisors who advise people for their Life Insurance requirements. Responsible for o Advisor Recruitment o Advisor Development o Meet Business targets o Customer Centricity Key Responsibilities: o Develop various sources of advisor hiring & build a team of advisor & advisor pipe line. o Conduct activity to enhance existing advisor footfall to generate fresh referral for new advisor hiring o Developing the team of Advisors to advise people for their Life Insurance needs, thereby making peoples life economically safe and secure. o Helping Advisor Team to grow in efficiency (in selling LI products ) according to need based sales approach and eventually make substantial earnings in Monitory terms and also in Name, fame and Job satisfaction. INDUSTRY TYPE Life Insurance ROLE Full Time DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE Candidate shall have Minimum 2 Year of ANY Sales experience. Candidates having sales experience from BFSI, Pharma, FMCG, Telecom, Consumer Durable, Auto will be Preferred. Candidate Should have their own conveyance.

Data Engineer Python / SQL

1. Proficiency / knowledge levels that the person should have on CTRM requirement -Intermediate
2. Overall years of experience the resource must have. 10+ 1. CTRM – Commodity Trading & Risk Management: Must Have 2. Supply Chain Business: Not mandatory but nice to have
3. Business and Data analysis: Must Have
4. Big Data tools such as Impala, Hive: Must have used one or more big data tools
5. SQL: Having experience in one or more relational database
6. Prefer some knowledge or experience in finance domain
7. Power BI or Tableu: Not mandatory but adds significant value in analyzing reporting requirements
8. Prior experience in Scoping and Estimation exercises
9. Should be able to create product backlog and detailed stories
